The creators of CALYPSO COPILOT and any affiliated entities or individuals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: The use or the inability to use the service; Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; Statements or conduct of any third party on the service; Any other matter relating to the service.
5. Subscription and Cancellation
Users may subscribe to CALYPSO COPILOT for access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Such cancellations will take effect at the end of the current paid period.
6. Refunds
Users can request a refund within three days of the start of any billing cycle. Refund requests must be submitted via the email provided on the homepage of CALYPSO COPILOT. Refunds will be processed at the discretion of the service management.
7. Modifications to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of CALYPSO COPILOT after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CALYPSO COPILOT operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
