Calypso is a financial analytics platform that aggregates and analyzes corporate earnings transcripts, financial data, and market sentiment using artificial intelligence. The Service provides tools including AI-generated earnings analysis, transcript search, financial data visualization, and AI chat capabilities.
The content and information provided through the Service is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice.

Calypso offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to additional features and are billed on a monthly basis. Current pricing and feature details are available on our Pricing page.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@calypsocopilot.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If we change the price of your subscription, we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice before the new price takes effect. Your continued subscription after the price change constitutes your agreement to the new price.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Calypso. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Calypso regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
